You agree not to use Spuffi for any commercial distribution, unauthorized public re-broadcasting, monetization of third-party creative works, or automated mass scraping that disrupts platform infrastructure. Our server only resolves publicly accessible media streams.

Spuffi is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that third-party video platforms will remain accessible or that specific video streams will always convert without upstream network errors. In no event shall the Spuffi project contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.
6. Modifications to terms and service updates
